Return Policy

Our shipping cost includes packaging and cost of chosen shipment service.

 

• Returns due to absence of delivery, unable to pick-up in time limit. Or refused packages 

• Every effort is made to ensure that delivery is carried out as planned in that case the package is returned to us at Mommy Plays N Mycloset 

• When parcel is returned to use we, will reach out to customer electronically to find the best solution. After 5 business days the order will cancel and a refund would be issued out.

 

Returns of Product

Return label will then be generated and sent out to you via email. 

All products retuned must be ordered from this website and will not be accepted if ordered or purchased from another location.

 

Right to Withdrawal:

The customer has the right to withdrawal of fourteen(14)working days from the date of receipt or withdrawal of his entire order (legal deadline in force).During this period of time no reason would be asked and no penalty will be charged to you. 

 

Beyond fourteen (14)days and before thirty (30) days we ask you to justify the return refund may be refused and credit to your account issued.

 

All products returned beyond 30 days will be refused and returned to sender.

 

All products may be returned , provided they are intact,complete with labels attached and have not been worn for an extended amount of time.

 

Refunds

Once receipt of your returned package.Mommy Plays N Mycloset will refund undamaged product regarding terms and conditions. The shipping cost also paid are also refunded only if the entire order has been returned 

• Refunds a made via the means of payment used at the time of the order.

• Refund within fourteen (14) working days from receipt of your return package.

• All sale items will be credited to your account.
